Look Ahead: Anybody Can Dance
AnyBODY Can Dance (ABCD) is an inclusive, therapeutic dance project supporting adults with disabilities and mental health needs across Look Ahead's supported living, care homes and day services.
Led by Dance Movement Psychotherapists, peer volunteers, and inclusive artists, ABCD empowers participants to build confidence, communication, and social skills while reducing social isolation and stigma. The project brings creative opportunities directly into familiar spaces, making dance accessible for underrepresented groups.
At All Points East, ABCD will share performances and invite the community to join taster sessions throughout the day, fostering connection and participation for all.
